Bar & Drinks

The public bar at The Station Inn is a characterful and cosy place to meet, settle in with a drink, tuck into a meal, and chat with friends.

Our garden, where you can also enjoy your meal and drinks when the weather's good, is supplemented with spectactular views of the surrounding hills, overlooking the RIbblehead Viaduct and the highest of Yorkshire's famous three peaks, Whernside.

Real Ales

We're passionate about real ale at The Station Inn, and so you'll find a changing line-up of wonderful local ales. Our latest real ale is from Black Sheep Brewery, and it's called Village Idiot. At 4.1%, it's light in colour, and a lovely bitter.

Also available is Freddie Truman Yorkshire Ale, a beer created by local Skipton brewery Copper Dragon to celebrate one of cricket's most colourful characters. Amber in colour, it is a refreshing golden ale with a hoppy aftertaste. Brewed using English hops and finest malted barley, and of course Yorkshire Water.

An Old Favourite

Dark, strong and rich, Theakston's Old Peculiar is perfect for the winter months. It's fruity, mellow and warming and has a world-wide following. We're lucky to be neighours of the brewery at Masham and able to serve the beer direct from the wooden barrels.

Local Ales

Beer from Dent, Wenslydale, Daleside, Kirby Lonsdale and Rudgate Brewerues are are among our usual line-up.
